Terms and Conditions:
Payment
All orders are processed in GBP (£ Sterling).
All major credit cards accepted including American Express.
Orders paid by cheque will only be dispatched after funds have cleared.
Postal Orders and Cash by Registered Mail accepted.
All online Credit Card orders must be submitted in the Cardholders name and shipped to the Cardholders registered billing address.
Bank Transfers
Payment accepted by Bank Transfer, there is no surcharge for UK transfer. For foreign transfers over £50.00 please add £6.00 to cover bank charges. Bank details available upon request.
Handling Complaints
If you are unhappy with the service you have received we want to hear about it. Complaints can be submitted by Telephone or E-mail, we aim to respond within one working day.

Shipping
We can ship to almost any address in the world however, please note, there are restrictions on some products which cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on availability and your shipping preferences. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are based on weight. The weight of any such item can often be found on its detail page or calculated in the shopping cart. In accordance with the policies of the shipping companies, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Subscription based products cannot be returned once activated.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Faulty items returned for repair or exchange, where no fault can be found, may be charged a test fee of £20.00 + Return Carriage + VAT
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses which happen as a side effect of the main fault, loss or damage and even if such losses result from a deliberate breach of this Contract by us that would entitle you to terminate the Contract between us.
Outside the 14 day cooling off period, if accepted for return, non-faulty mail order goods correctly supplied will be charged a restocking fee of 25% on the original purchase price. Within the Distance Selling Regulations 14 day cooling off period no handling charge will be made. For items returned under the DSR's consumers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of any products in their possession and as such we request items be returned in their original packaging, unused, unopened and in original saleable condition. All returns must be accompanied with a valid RMA number, obtained prior to return. Any returns postage will be the responsibility of you the customer. DSR's do not apply to customers outside the UK.
Corporate customers: Orders for goods which have been especially supplied for the customer will be charged in full unless written notice of cancellation is received within 7 days of the order unless the manufacture or supply of them or any components for them has not commenced at the date of that notice. Orders for stock items may be cancelled by written notice at any time before the goods are allocated to the contract but if a cancellation notice is received after the goods have been allocated to the contract then a packing and handling charge will be payable by the customer otherwise all sales are final.

Viewing Cards/Pay-TV Subscriptions:
As with a number of products on our website Pay-TV subscriptions are often offered by us at heavily discounted rates. We would like to make customers aware that if a situation arises where a further pro-rata subscription payment is required the amount due may be calculated based on the normal retail price and not the discounted one that was originally paid. Furthermore when purchasing subscriptions please be aware that you are agreeing to be bound by the broadcasters terms and conditions of service. As we are not the programme provider, we have no control over programming content, satellite and/or channel location or the addition or removal of channels and/or programming from a broadcasters bouquet. If you purchase a subscription from us and use the service within the 7 day cooling off period, you are agreeing to this contract and waiver your rights to cancel. Viewing cards are sold on the understanding that they will be activated within 28 days of purchase. All activations are final. All customers purchasing subscriptions must be aged 18 years or over. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ALL VIEWING CARDS AND SUBSCRIPTION BASED PRODUCTS ARE STRICTLY FOR DOMESTIC USE ONLY.
Pay-TV subscription services are covered by warranty for as long as the broadcaster is broadcasting the programmes the card/device was intended to receive. The subscription service is NOT covered if broadcasting stops due to the broadcaster going out of business or a change in schedules, or if the broadcast infringes UK broadcast law or the Pay-TV operators local law. If this is the case we are not liable for this action and you have bought said subscription service with this knowledge.
If a satellite channel provider decides for whatever reason to re-issue a new series of their smartcard the cost to the consumer is likely to be between £10 and £20, regardless of when the original subscription was purchased.
WEEE Regulations:
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
We are obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol and be disposed of separately from normal household waste.
