The TELESTAR DIGINOVA 23 CI + is a superb latest generation combo HD set top box. The unit receives high definition satellite TV (DVB-S2) as well as high definition digital terrestrial (DVB-T2 H.265) or digital cable TV (DVB-C) in HD quality. Thanks to the CI+ interface the receiver can be upgraded to receive encrypted programs in conjunction with the appropriate CI/CI+ conditional access module. Connected to an external storage medium via USB, the DIGINOVA 23 CI + presents itself as a digital video recorder. Recordings (PVR function incl. Time shift playback via TimeShift) are supported on external data carriers. The energy-saving power supply also ensures a very low power consumption.
